Separate search, verification and the transaction

Independently appoint the lawyer, bank or foreign-exchange provider needed to review your particular transaction. Atlas does not replace their decisions.
Build a review checklist before sending money
Ask your legal advisor what title, ownership, restrictions, transaction documents and signing arrangements they must review. Ask the bank or payment provider what source-of-funds evidence, transfer instructions, costs and timing apply. Verify payment instructions directly with the responsible institution using an independently verified contact.
Make a virtual visit useful
Request a live walkthrough of the exact unit, its access, windows, noise conditions, common areas and visible maintenance issues. Compare the visit with the listing reference, area, rooms and photographs. A virtual visit does not certify legal status, structural condition or the accuracy of documents.
Plan relocation or investment separately
For relocation, list daily destinations, accessibility needs and the features you require. For investment, request evidenced rent, operating costs, restrictions and comparable transactions before assessing returns. If the evidence is missing, expected yield, appreciation and liquidity remain unknown.
